National Craft Month (NCM) is a nationwide consumer awareness
program designed to draw attention to crafts and the benefits
derived from craft activities. Celebrated each March by consumers
and the industry alike, NCM activities and promotions take place
nationally and locally. As part of this nationwide NCM effort, retailers across the country offer special classes, demonstrations, sales and promotions.
 i-craft, the consumer-friendly NCM message is designed to instill the sense of pride current crafters take in their activities and helps make crafting more appealing to those consumers who have yet to participate.
