Shipments are FOB Heartway International. Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. All claims for unacceptable goods damaged in shipment must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for items damaged in shipment must be made with freight company. A 20% restocking fee will be added to all refused goods shipments. Printed, decorated or altered goods are not returnable. Once an order has been processed, the order cannot be canceled.
There is a 5% charge to change the order. Net terms are available.

COD and pick-up orders-cash, money orders, cashier's check
or approved check. Customers are responsible for all fees
incurred resulting from insufficient funds.
