Scrunchies: Use rubber bands as the base for pony tail scrunchies.
Cost Cutting: Purchase remnant materials for making small items or accessories.
Dollmaking: When using felt for the body, interface it with fusible interfacing, using the grain opposite of the grain of the felt.
Stiffening: When you want to stiffen a fabric craft project, just a little, try Krylon clear acrylic spray paint. It will not discolor the item.
Fur: Use a sliver of soap to mark a pattern on the back side of fur, this will give you a clear line to cut on.
Tracing: For tracing multi-sized patterns, use 2 to 4 mil plastic, and a permanent marker pen.
